Before using the service, please read our Refund Policy carefully. EximGPT provides AI lead generation service packages with various options. We always strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services; however, if you require a refund, we will assist you according to the policy below.
I. Service Package Change Policy
- Customers can upgrade from a lower-tier package to a higher-tier package at any time.
- The upgrade fee will be calculated based on the remaining time of the current package.
- Downgrading service packages during the usage period is not supported.
- Customized features are not transferable between packages.
II. Refund Conditions
A refund request is accepted when all the following conditions are met:
- Request Period:
- Within the first 7 days from the payment date for the Starter Plan.
- Within the first 7 days from the payment date for the Advance Plan.
- Request Method:
- Send an email to support@eximgpt.com.
- Provide complete account information and the reason for the request.
- Valid Reasons:
- The service does not function as described.
- Technical errors are not resolved within 48 hours.
- Failure to meet the committed features.
III. Refund Process
- Send a request via email to support@eximgpt.com with:
- Account information
- Order ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Proof of payment
- Processing Time:
- Request confirmation within 24 business hours.
- Completion within 3-5 business days.
- May extend up to 7 days for international transactions.
IV. Limitations and Terms
- Refunds do not apply to:
- Freemium Plan.
- Elapsed usage time.
- Used features (AI search, exported leads).
- Refund Fees:
- No refund processing fee is charged.
- Bank charges (if any) are borne by the customer.
V. Special Policies
- Enterprise Businesses:
- Separate refund terms as per the contract.
- The trial period may be extended.
- Flexible package conversion support.
- Force Majeure Cases:
- Refunds beyond the standard period may be considered.
- Assessed on a case-by-case basis.
