Please read the terms below before using the online payment service. By accessing this section of the website, you agree to our terms of use. These terms may change over time, and you will be bound by the terms displayed from the time you read them.

1. Payment Terms

1.1. Payment Authentication Information When paying for our products or services, you agree to provide valid payment authentication information.

1.2. Taxes and Fees The total price may include taxes and fees. The customer is responsible for paying all incurred costs.

1.3. Payment Deadline The customer is responsible for making payment to EximGPT no later than the Actual Payment Date specified in the EximGPT Service Provision Agreement, Article 1, Clause 7(b).

2. Payment Methods

2.1. Bank Transfer Payment

Note on transfer times:
* Same bank transfer: 24/7
* Interbank transfer: before 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
* Transactions after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

2.2. Cash Payment
* Applicable for transactions under VND 20,000,000.
* Required verification documents from staff:
* Company letter of introduction
* Receipt (with stamp and amount)
* Employee ID card * National ID Card / Citizen ID Card

3. Information Security

  • Security Commitment
    • Compliance with industry security standards.
    • Protection of customer financial information.
    • Refer to the Privacy Policy for more details.
  • Security Regulations
    • SSL protocol to protect transaction information.
    • PCI DSS certification for data security.
    • OTP verification via SMS.
    • Compliance with regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

4. Payment Security Policy

  • Card Information Security
    • We do not directly store card information.
    • We use encrypted tokens from our Payment Gateway Partner.
    • Security according to international standards.
  • Regulations for Each Card Type
    • International Cards:
      • Information is not stored on the EximGPT system.
      • Secured by the Payment Gateway Partner.
    • Domestic Cards:
      • Only the order ID and transaction code are stored.
      • The name of the performing bank is stored.

5. Terms Update

  • Notification of updates via the website.
  • Email notification sent to customers.
  • Effective immediately upon publication.
